Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga means so much more than whether or not you can put your leg behind your head or catch your heals in backbending, though those can be fun and tangible landmarks within our asana practice. But there’s always so much more to a balanced practice!
The purpose of the course is to facilitate an exploration of the internal principles and forms of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga at a level that will deepen one’s practice and make teaching a natural outcome of practice.
