It is the arising of deep interpenetrating wave patterns of feelings, thoughts, and sensations that occur when, with a clear mind and open heart, you become embodied to engage fully with others and the world around you.
We practice and teach the internal rhythms and techniques from the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. Working closely within the lineage of Krishnamacharya, Pattabhi Jois, and BKS Iyengar we adapt the practices to each individual’s unique circumstances, needs, and interests. Complimenting these teachings with ongoing practices of Buddhism, Bhakti, and philosophy we bring ancient teaching into the context of modern times.
